The present invention is directed toward a method and a system for emergency evacuation of building occupants and to a method for modernisation of an existing building with said system. It refers to a multi-story building (1 ) having a plurality of floors and with at least one elevator (10) being positionable at selected landings (26) of the floors. Preferably, first means (9) are provided for measuring the number of persons and second means (7) are provided for detecting an emergency condition in the building. At least one control unit (5) is provided for determining or for estimating a number of building occupants in the building, the control unit is defining at least one evacuation zone (13) in the building during the emergency condition. Based on this information, the control unit is defining at least one designated floor (14) in the building during the emergency condition. Then the system evacuates the building occupants with the elevator car and/or a stairway from the evacuation zone to the designated floor.
La présente invention concerne une méthode et un système permettant l'évacuation d'urgence des occupants d'un bâtiment et une méthode pour la modernisation d'un bâtiment existant au moyen dudit système. L'invention fait référence à un bâtiment à nombreux étages (1 ) ayant plusieurs étages et au moins un ascenseur (10) pouvant être positionné à des paliers sélectionnés (26) des étages. De préférence, un premier dispositif (9) est fourni pour mesurer le nombre de personnes, et un deuxième dispositif (7) est fourni pour détecter un état d'urgence dans le bâtiment. Au moins une unité de commande (5) est fournie pour déterminer ou estimer un nombre d'occupants du bâtiment, l'unité de commande définit au moins une zone d'évacuation (13) dans le bâtiment pendant l'état d'urgence. Selon ces renseignements, l'unité de commande définit au moins un étage désigné (14) dans le bâtiment pendant l'état d'urgence. Ensuite, le système évacue les occupants du bâtiment au moyen de la cabine d'ascenseur et/ou de l'escalier à partir de la zone d'évacuation vers l'étage désigné.
