A refilling preventing system for a toilet tank, to prevent refilling of the tank in case of a leak, comprising: a receptacle in the tank in which the buoyant float of the fill valve is placed; a water filling conduit to fill the receptacle after a flush discharge; a plug closing the overflow tube,, to cause a momentary vacuum at a flush conduit of the toilet bowl connected to the discharge opening of the toilet tank after a flush discharge and when the stopper is at a closing position; and a siphon conduit, operable by a lever mechanism, which is connected to the discharge opening and to said receptacle, that allows to flush the receptacle, after a flush discharge, by a siphon effect created by the vacuum at the flush conduit of the blow. In case of a leak emptying the tank, the receptacle will remain filled and the buoyant float will be at its closing position impeding the fill valve to refill of the tank.
Système de prévention du remplissage pour réservoir de toilettes servant à prévenir le remplissage du réservoir en cas de fuite et comprenant: un récipient à l'intérieur du réservoir dans lequel est placé le flotteur de la valve de remplissage; un conduit d'eau pour remplir le récipient après une chasse d'eau; un bouchon fermant le tube de trop-plein pour causer une aspiration momentanée dans un conduit de chasse de la cuvette raccordé à l'ouverture d'évacuation du réservoir après une chasse d'eau et quand l'obturateur est en position de fermeture; et un conduit de siphon, actionné par un mécanisme à levier, qui est raccordé à l'ouverture d'évacuation et audit récipient, qui permet de vider le récipient, à la suite d'une chasse d'eau, par un effet de siphon créé par l'aspiration dans le conduit de chasse de l'évacuation. En cas de fuite du réservoir, le récipient demeurera rempli et le flotteur restera en position de fermeture empêchant la valve de remplissage de provoquer le remplissage du réservoir.
