The present invention provides a compact device which allows an international traveller who uses portable communications equipment to connect that device to the telecommunications network in one of many foreign countrys which have different standard plug attachments for connection to the telecommunications network. The invention contains a connector which integrates with the portable telecommunications device of the traveller and further connecting cords or plugs which integrate with the telecommunications network of the particular country. The connector of choice depends upon the country of travel.
