The invention discloses in the first instance a method for securing a medical element (1) in an implant (10), in which method a connecting pin (2) of the medical element (1) is first received in a receiving recess (9) of the implant (10) extending in the longitudinal direction (4) into an interior of the implant (10), and a projection (8) on at least one wing (7) of a clip element (6) of the connecting pin (2), movable transversely with respect to the longitudinal direction (4), is brought into engagement with a radially outwardly facing depression (12) in a jacket surface (11) of the receiving recess (9). The invention also relates to a medical element (1) with a connecting pin (2) which can be received in a receiving recess (9) of an implant (10) implantable in a receiving bore in a bone, the receiving recess (9) extending in the longitudinal direction (4) into an interior of the implant (10), and the connecting pin (2) having a clip element (6) with at least one wing (7) movable transversely with respect to the longitudinal direction (4) and, on said wing (7), a radially outwardly protruding projection (8) which can be brought into engagement with a corresponding depression (12) in a jacket surface (11) of the receiving recess (9). To secure the medical element (1) against inadvertent release from the implant (10), the invention proposes that the wing (7) subsequently be secured against radial movement by hardening of a curable compound in the receiving recess (9) and that the medical element be able to be secured in the implant by such a method.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour fixer un élément médical (1) dans un implant (10), une tige de liaison (2) de l'élément médical (1) étant prise en charge dans une ouverture de réception (9) de l'implant (10), qui s'étend en direction longitudinale (4) dans une partie intérieure de l'implant (10), et une partie en saillie (8) étant mise en prise avec une partie en retrait (12) dirigée radialement vers l'extérieur, formée dans la surface périphérique (11) de l'ouverture de réception (9), au niveau d'au moins un volet (7) d'un élément de pincement (6) de la tige de liaison (2), qui peut se déplacer transversalement à la direction longitudinale (4). L'invention a également pour objet un élément médical (1) comprenant une tige de liaison (2) qui peut être prise en charge à l'intérieur d'une ouverture de réception (9) d'un implant (10) implanté dans une ouverture de réception pratiquée dans un os, l'ouverture de réception (9) s'étendant en direction longitudinale (4) dans une partie intérieure de l'implant (10), et la tige de liaison (2) présentant un élément de pincement (6) comprenant au moins un volet (7) qui peut se déplacer transversalement à la direction longitudinale (4), et au niveau de celui-ci, une partie en saillie (8) qui dépasse radialement vers l'extérieur et peut être mise en prise avec une partie en retrait correspondante (12) formée dans la surface périphérique (11) de l'ouverture de réception (9). Afin de d'éviter toute séparation involontaire de l'élément médical (1) de l'implant (10), le volet (7) est finalement fixé dans l'ouverture de réception (9), pour éviter tout mouvement radial, grâce au durcissement d'une masse de matière durcissable, ou l'élément médical peut être fixé dans l'implant au moyen d'un procédé de ce type.
