An inner hose is extruded from a first extruder (1) and concentrically thereto an outer hose is extruded from a second extruder (2) in a formed section moving in a conveying direction (4). During the manufacture of a normal composite pipe, the smooth inner hose is welded to the outer hose, which has transverse grooves. During the transition from the normal composite pipe (10) to the expanded connecting sleeve, the rotational speed of the first extruder (1) is increased from a rotational speed of n1,1 to a rotational speed of n1,2. During the manufacture of the connecting sleeve, the speed of the first extruder (1) is reduced to a rotational speed n1,3, where: n1,2 > n1,3 > n1,1.
Dans un parcours de formage se déplaçant dans une direction de transport (4), on extrude un tube souple interne à partir d'une première extrudeuse (1), et concentriquement au tube interne un tube souple externe à partir d'une seconde extrudeuse (2). Pendant la fabrication d'un tube d'assemblage normal, le tube souple interne, lisse, est assemblé par soudage au tube souple externe, pourvu de rainures transversales. Pendant la transition du tube d'assemblage normal (10) au manchon de raccord élargi, la vitesse de rotation de la première extrudeuse (1) est augmentée d'une vitesse n1,1 à une vitesse n1,2. Pendant la fabrication du manchon de raccord, la vitesse de rotation de la première extrudeuse (1) est réduite à une vitesse n1,3, sachant qu'on a : n1,2 > n1,3 > n1,1.
