ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A shoe-polish applicator for dressing the edges and heels of shoe soles, which includes a roller saturated with a fluid dressing agent. The roller is comprised of Sif Felt? foam and is rotatably mounted on an inflexible shaft. The Sif Felt? foam roller is capable of absorbing and retaining and then transferring enough fluid dressing agent to eliminate the requirement of a shoe-polish reservoir.
