According to the invention, the recorded images (9) with image-accompanying data (10) of the postal articles or documents to be read of different customers (1) are furnished. For each customer (1), master data (16) are stored in a searchable manner. This master data contains at least the origin of the images (9), the range of the agreed services and, in a cost model, contains their costs according to established image attributes (15). Before each reading process, the respective customer (1) and the respective reading job including the necessary image attributes (15) are determined from the image-accompanying data (10) and from the master data (16). After conducting the reading process, the customer (1), the processing information (14) concerning the reading steps with the reading and processing results (12), the established image attributes (15) and the image-accompanying data (10) are stored for each image (9) in a searchable, sortable and time-related manner. Based on the cost model, the accruing costs are determined, are stored in a sortable manner according to types of service and/or according to service periods, and are output to each customer (1).
Selon l'invention, les images enregistrées (9) et des données accompagnant les images (10) des envois ou documents devant être lus, sont envoyées par différents utilisateurs. Des données souches (16) sont enregistrées de façon à être recherchées pour chaque utilisateur (1), lesdites données contenant au moins l'origine des images (9), l'étendue des services établis, et leurs coûts dans un modèle de coûts, en fonction d'attributs d'images prédéfinis (15). Avant chaque processus de lecture, l'utilisateur correspondant (1), l'instruction de lecture correspondante et les attributs d'images nécessaires sont déterminés à partir des données accompagnant les images (10) et des données souches (16). Après mise en oeuvre du processus de lecture, l'utilisateur (1), les informations de traitement (14) concernant les étapes de lecture et contenant les résultats de lecture et de traitement (12), les attributs d'images déterminés (15), et les données accompagnant les images (10), sont enregistrés de façon à être recherchés et triés en temps, pour chaque image (9). A partir du modèle de coûts, les coûts résultants sont ainsi enregistrés de façon à être triés selon le type de service et/ou l'instant du service, et émis pour chaque utilisateur (1).
