A method of manufacturing an absorptive article has a step of arranging engaging members (40a, 40b) in a region (30A) forming each flap of a succession of flaps composing a body (130), the engaging members (40a, 40b) being arranged so as to be located on opposite sides of a centerline (C1), which extends in a CD- direction of a flap line, of the region (30A) and being engageable with predetermined regions; a step of forming a cuttable line (50) along the centerline (C1); a step of joining together a body (120a) composed of a succession of rear waist members and the body (130) composed of the succession of flaps, the bodies (120a, 130) being joined together such that the centerlines (C1) are perpendicular to a MD-direction of a body line; and a step of breaking the cuttable line (50) on the body line.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un article absorbant. Ce procédé comporte une étape d'agencement d'éléments d'engagement (40a, 40b) dans une région (30A) formant chaque rabat d'une succession de rabats composant un corps (130), les éléments d'engagement (40a, 40b) étant agencés de façon à être situés sur des côtés opposés d'une ligne centrale (C1), laquelle s'étend dans une direction transversale (CD) d'une ligne de rabat, de la région (30A) et étant engageables avec des régions prédéterminées ; une étape de formation d'une ligne pouvant être coupée (50) le long de la ligne centrale (C1) ; une étape de réunion d'un corps (120a) composé d'une succession d'éléments de ceinture arrière et du corps (130) composé de la succession de rabats, les corps (120a, 130) étant réunis de telle sorte que les lignes centrales (C1) sont perpendiculaires à une direction MD d'une ligne de corps ; et une étape de rupture de la ligne pouvant être coupée (50) sur la ligne de corps.
