ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A seal which can not be reopened without, causing noticeable damage once closed, comprises two rectangular flanged pieces (the lid and base) joined by a flexible hinge with a bail integral with the base. The lid having a cylindrical projection with a enlarged tapered head and longitudinal supporting rib intersecting the projection. The base having a cylindrical hollow projection with a circular hole on the top surface to form a lip, intersected by a groove of equal diameter to the lid rib, and in the same direction. The base flange also has notches of equal diameter to the main bail sections. The bail extending away from the base in the same plane with widened diameter areas to capture the bail within the lid and base when they are closed. A unit may be sealed with a loop of variable length quickly and easily.
