It is intended to provide a cell-free protein synthesis system with the use of a Xenopus oocyte extract which is superior in protein synthesis efficiency to the microinjection method into oocytes or the existing method with the use of an ovum extract. Namely, a cell-free protein synthesis kit which comprises an extract prepared from Xenopus oocytes in progress from the resting stage in the prophase of the first cell division of meiosis to the early maturation stage during the cell cycle, an energy regeneration system and at least one amino acid.
L'invention concerne un système de synthèse de protéines acellulaire utilisant un extrait d'oocyte de Xenopus dont l'efficacité de synthèse est supérieure à celle de la technique de micro-injection dans des oocytes ou à celle de la technique existante qui repose sur l'utilisation d'un extrait d'ovule. On décrit un kit de synthèse de protéines acellulaire qui comprend un extrait issu d'oocytes de Xenopus en évolution depuis le stade de repos dans la prophase de la première division cellulaire de la méiose jusqu'à la phase de maturation précoce durant le cycle cellulaire, un système de régénération d'énergie et au moins un acide aminé.
