A distance between the turning center of a mirror (230) and a leading edge of the mirror (230) along a direction horizontal to an electrode substrate (300) when the mirror (230) is in maximum turning is longer than a distance between a vertical line which is vertical to the horizontal direction and passes the turning center and electrodes (340a-340d) along the horizontal direction. Thus, even when the mirror (230) turns and comes into contact with the electrode substrate (300), since there exists none of the electrodes (340a- 340d) at such contact position, the mirror (230) and the electrodes (340a- 340d) are prevented from being electrodeposited.
La présente invention concerne une distance entre le centre pivotant d'un miroir (230) et le bord d'attaque du miroir (230) le long d'une direction horizontale vers un substrat d'électrode (300) lorsque le miroir (230) dans sa courbure maximale est plus long qu'une distance entre une ligne verticale qui est verticale à une direction horizontale et dépasse le centre pivotant et les électrodes (340a-340d) le long de la direction horizontale.
