The present invention provides the amino acid and nucleic acid sequences of heavy chain and light chain complementarity determining regions of a cancer specific antibody. In addition, the invention provides cancer specific antibodies and immunoconjugates comprising the cancer specific antibody attached to a toxin or label, and methods and uses thereof. The invention also relates to diagnostic methods and kits using the cancer specific antibodies of the invention. Further, the invention provides a novel cancer-associated antigen and its uses thereof.
La présente invention concerne les séquences d'acides aminés et d'acides nucléiques de régions déterminant la complémentarité à chaîne lourde et à chaîne légère d'un anticorps spécifique du cancer. En outre, l'invention concerne des anticorps spécifiques du cancer et des immuno-conjugués comprenant l'anticorps spécifique du cancer fixé à une toxine ou un marqueur, ainsi que des méthodes associées et leurs utilisations. L'invention se rapporte en outre à des méthodes et des trousses de diagnostic faisant appel auxdits anticorps spécifiques du cancer. Par ailleurs, elle porte sur un nouvel antigène associé au cancer et sur les utilisations de ce dernier.
