The present invention relates to a device for compression of the neck spine for medical imaging purposes, in particular for diagnostic purposes at complementary examination using computed tomography or magnetic resonance tomography, whereby the device comprises a waist arrangement (1) to be placed around and in firm contact with the upper body of a patient, a helmet arrangement (2) to be placed around and in firm contact with the head of the patient, strings (5) connecting said waist arrangement and said helmet arrangement, which strings (5) can be strained independently of each other and comprise each a tension meter (6) to monitor the force by which the strings are stretched.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif destiné à la compression de la protubérance occipitale à des fins d'imagerie médicale, notamment à des fins diagnostiques visant l'examen complémentaire utilisant la tomographie informatique ou la tomographie par résonance magnétique nucléaire. Le dispositif comprend un système (1) placé sur la poitrine qui est destiné à être mis en contact étroit avec le torse du patient, un système de casque (2) destiné à être placé sur la tête du patient, en contact étroit avec elle, des cordes (5) reliant le système placé sur la poitrine et celui placé sur la tête, lesdites cordes (5) pouvant être tendues les unes indépendamment des autres et comprenant un dispositif de mesure de tension (6) servant à surveiller la force avec laquelle sont tendues ces cordes.
