A transdermal therapeutic system (TTS), in particular a patch, is described, comprising - a redetachable protective layer, - a pressure-sensitive adhesive reservoir layer and - a backing layer with or without a coating of pressure- sensitive adhesive and featuring a unidirectionally, preferably longitudinally, elastic material having an elasticity of at least 20%. The TTS is particularly suitable for use as a multi-day plaster, for the treatment, for instance, of pain or of drug dependency.

L'invention concerne un système thérapeutique transdermique, notamment un timbre comportant une couche protectrice redécollable, une couche-réservoir autocollante et une couche envers éventuellement revêtue d'un adhésif et pourvue d'un matériau à élasticité unidirectionnelle, de préférence longitudinale, d'une valeur d'au moins 20 %. Ce système thérapeutique transdermique convient notamment comme timbre se portant plusieurs jours, par exemple pour traiter les douleurs ou la toxicomanie.
