According to the invention, a power characteristic information (LM2) concerning a power characteristic profile of a target terminal (EE2) is transmitted to a base terminal (EE1), before transferring signalling of a connection set up (SETUP) from a base terminal (EE1) to a target terminal (EE2). As a result of the connection set up signalling (SETUP), a power characteristic request (LMA) is transferred based on the power characteristic information (LM2).
