Bulk conveying system and method of controlling a bulk conveying system. A main conveying pipe (2) connected to the bulk outlet (12) of a main storage container (1) has a pump unit (21) for driving the bulk material through the main conveying pipe (2). A plurality of distribution pipes (3) are connected to the main conveying pipe (2) and equipped with a distribution valve (31) to be opened or closed. A plurality of distribution units (4) are connected to the main conveying pipe (2) through a corresponding one of the distribution pipes (3). Stock level detectors (43) detect whether or not the actual stock level in the distribution unit container (41) is equal to or falls below a predetermined minimum stock level and whether or not it is equal to a predetermined maximum stock level. A conveyance control system (5) controls the distribution valve (31) of each of the distribution pipes (3) and the pump unit (21) on the basis of the detected values.
La présente invention concerne un système de transport de vrac et un procédé de régulation de système de transport de vrac. Un tube transporteur principal (2) raccordé à un orifice de sortie de vrac (12) d'un conteneur de stockage principal (1) comporte un groupe pompe (21) permettant d'entraîner le matériau en vrac par le tube transporteur principal (2). Une pluralité de tube de distribution (3), qui est raccordée au tube transporteur principal (2), est équipée d'une vanne de distribution (31) capable de s'ouvrir et de se fermer. Une pluralité d'unité de distribution (4) est raccordée au tube transporteur principal (2) via l'un des tubes de distribution (3) correspondant. Des détecteurs de niveau de stock (43) détectent si, oui ou non, le niveau de stock réel dans le récipient de l'unité de distribution se trouve en dessous du niveau de stock minimum défini, et, si oui ou non, il est égal à un niveau de stock maximum défini. Un système de régulation du transport (5) commande la vanne de distribution (31) de chacun des tubes de distribution (3) ainsi que l" groupe pompe (21) en fonction des valeurs détectées.
