The invention relates to the separation of cresol from mare's urine by pervaporation by means of pore free polymer membranes made of silicon. Urine starting solutions containing qualitatively and quantitatively highly valent conjugated oestrogens with a reduced or substantially separated cresol content are provided and are advantageously suitable to obtain natural mixtures of conjugated oestrogens from the urine of pregnant mares.

L'invention concerne la séparation du crésol à partir de l'urine de juments gravides par pervaporation de membranes polymères, exemptes de pores, en silicone. Des solutions de départ de l'urine contenant de l'oestrogène conjugué de haute valeur, qualitativement et quantitativement, à teneur en crésol réduite ou sensiblement séparée, sont ainsi obtenues et sont avantageuses pour l'obtention de mélanges naturels d'oestrogène conjugué provenant de l'urine de juments gravides.
