The present invention relates to the use of at least two soluble receptor binding ligands derived from the soluble part of the glycoprotein of an enveloped virus that interacts with a cellular cognate receptor, said receptor binding ligand containing a part or the totality of one of the receptor binding domains (RBD) of said glycoprotein, and said soluble receptor binding ligand being liable to interact with said at least one membrane receptor of a target cell, for the identification and quantification of the expression of membrane receptors present on the surface of target cells, said identification and quantification taking place at a given time or during a given time interval, and allowing the determination of a physiological state of said target cell.
La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'au moins deux ligands de liaison de récepteur solubles dérivés de la partie soluble de la glycoprotéine d'un virus à enveloppe qui interagit avec un récepteur apparenté cellulaire, ledit ligand de liaison de récepteur contenant une partie ou la totalité d'un des domaines de liaison de récepteur (RBD) de ladite glycoprotéine, et ledit ligand de liaison de récepteur soluble pouvant interagir avec ledit au moins un récepteur membranaire d'une cellule cible, pour l'identification et la quantification de l'expression de récepteurs membranaires présents sur la surface de cellules cibles, lesdites identification et quantification se produisant à un temps donné ou pendant un intervalle de temps donné, et permettant la détermination d'un état physiologique de ladite cellule cible.
