A method for producing a theft-protected optical medium printing onto a portion an optical medium state change material having at least a first unactivated state and a second activated state, said portion of said optical medium and said state change material selected to cause content on said optical medium to be unreadable by an optical reader when said state change material is in an unactivated state, but to be readable by said optical reader when said state change material is in an unactivated state.

L'invention concerne un procédé de formation d'une impression antivol sur une partie d'un matériau à changement d'état d'un support optique, ce matériau possédant au moins un premier état d'inactivation et un second état d'activation. Ladite partie du support optique et ledit matériau à changement d'état sont choisis pour rendre illisible d'une part le contenu du support optique par un lecteur optique lorsque le matériau à changement d'état se trouve dans un état d'inactivation, et lisible d'autre part par le lecteur optique lorsque le matériau à changement d'état se trouve dans un état d'activation.
