ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to a dispenser (Sp) for the simultaneous discharge of at least two paste compositions (I, II) by pressure actuation of an operating handle, which compositions (I, II) emerge from two adjacent openings (a', b') of a mouthpiece (8) which are connected to separate chambers (3, 4), and it proposes, in order to obtain a structural shape which is of advantageous handling and use, that the two chambers (3, 4) be developed as a cartridge arranged between two pump-actuating heads (15, 16) with central transverse wall (5) and with cartridge pistons (6, 7) which can be pumped onto said wall, from which transverse wall channels (11, 12) extend which lead to the openings (a', b') of the mouthpiece (8).
