Novel substituted quinazoline compounds and conjugates useful to inhibit the growth of brain tumor cells and to inhibit adhesion and migration of brain tumor cells. The compounds of the invention include 4-(3'-bromo-4'-hydroxy phenyl)-amino-6,7-dimethoxyquinazoline and this compound covalently bound to EGF.

Cette invention a trait à de nouveaux composés de quinazoline à substitution et à des conjugats efficaces s'agissant d'inhiber la croissance des cellules d'une tumeur cérébrale ainsi que d'inhiber leur adhérence et leur migration. Ces composés comportent une 4-(3'-bromo-4'-hydroxy phényl)-amino-6,7)-diméthoxyquinazoline et ce composé se fixe par liaison covalente au facteur de croissance épidermique (EGF).
