Data from an application executing at a computing device is presented at a remote wireless device, by providing the device an application definition file, containing a definition of a user interface for the application at the mobile device. Based on the definition file, the wireless device may receive data from the application and present an interface for the application. Virtual machine software at the mobile device interprets the application definition file. This virtual machine software is extensible to take advantage of other software and/or hardware at the device.
L'invention concerne des données provenant d'une application exécutant au niveau d'un dispositif de calcul présenté au niveau d'un dispositif sans fil à distance, fournissant au dispositif un fichier de définition d'application contenant une définition d'une interface utilisateur pour l'application au niveau du dispositif mobile. Sur la base du fichier de définition, le dispositif sans fil peut recevoir des données de l'application et comporter une interface pour l'application. Le logiciel machine virtuel au niveau du dispositif mobile interprète le fichier de définition d'application. Ce logiciel machine virtuel est extensible afin de profiter d'autres logiciels et/ou matériels au niveau du dispositif.
