A seat storage assembly is provided for an automotive vehicle having a floor, a roof, and a rear liftgate extending between the floor and the roof. A pair of spaced apart and parallel tracks is disposed along the floor and extends between fore and aft ends. A recess is formed in the floor rearward of the aft ends of the tracks. A second row seat is slidably engaged and pivotally coupled to the tracks for moving between forward and rearward seating positions, and a stowed position within the recess. A third row swing seat is pivotally coupled to the roof for moving between a seating position and a raised stowed position. Moving the third row swing seat into the raised stowed position enables the second row seat to move between the forward and rearward seating positions, and the stowed position within the recess.
La présente invention concerne un ensemble de rangement de siège pour véhicule automobile ayant un plancher, un toit et un hayon arrière s~étendant entre le plancher et le toit. Une paire de rails parallèles et espacés est disposée le long du plancher et s~étend entre les extrémités avant et arrière. Un renfoncement est formé dans le plancher vers l~arrière des extrémités arrière des rails. Un siège de seconde ligne est en contact coulissant et couplé de façon pivotante aux rails pour être déplacé entre des positions assises vers l~avant et vers l~arrière, et une position rangée dans le renfoncement. Un siège basculant de troisième ligne est couplé de façon pivotante au toit pour être déplacé entre une position assise et une position rangée relevée. Le fait de déplacer ledit siège basculant de troisième ligne dans la position rangée relevée permet de déplacer le siège de seconde ligne entre les positions assises vers l~avant et vers l~arrière, et la position rangée dans le renfoncement.
