The invention relates to an apparatus for laying band-like or strip-like material (1), having a carrying structure (2) and a platform (3), having at least one laying arrangement (9), which is assigned to the carrying structure (2) and is intended for laying the material (1), having at least one material-feed means (5), which is assigned to the laying arrangement (4), and having at least one receiving means (6), which is assigned to the platform (3) and is intended for the material (1) which is to be laid by the laying arrangement (4), it being the case that the laying arrangement (4) comprises a laying arm (7), which is assigned to the receiving means (6), and that the platform (3) and the laying arm (7) can be moved at least horizontally, in each case orthogonally with respect to one another and reversibly, and said apparatus permits band-like or strip-like material of different width dimensions to be laid, any mechanical conversion of the apparatus being dispensed with, and thus ensures, despite different width dimensions, optimum utilisation of the dimensions predetermined by a receiving means, in that the material-feed means (5) can be moved, with changing direction, in the horizontal movement direction (B) of the platform (3), but with opposite orientation in relation to the platform (3) in each case, and in that the laying arm (7) has a horizontal material-guidance region, over the entire width (8) of which the material (1) can be transported. Also specified is a process which realises the abovementioned stipulations, in particular using the apparatus according to the invention.
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour poser un matériau en forme de ruban ou de bande (1), comportant un bâti (2) et une plateforme (3), au moins une unité de pose (4) associée au bâti (2) et servant à poser le matériau (1), au moins un élément d'acheminement de matériau (5) associé à l'unité de pose (4), un logement (6) associé à la plateforme (3) et prévu pour le matériau (1) à poser par l'unité (4). Cette dernière comprend un bras de pose (7) associé au logement (6). La plateforme (3) et le bras de pose (7) peuvent être déplacés au moins horizontalement, de façon perpendiculaire l'un par rapport à l'autre et avec une orientation opposée. Le dispositif de l'invention permet de poser des matériaux en forme de ruban ou de bande de différentes largeurs sans nécessiter une adaptation mécanique du dispositif. Il assure ainsi, en dépit des différences de largueur, une exploitation optimale des dimensions prédéterminées par le logement. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'acheminement de matériau (5) peut être déplacé dans la direction horizontale (B) de la plateforme (3) mais aussi dans une orientation opposée par rapport à la plateforme (3). Le bras de pose (7) présente une zone de guidage de matériau horizontale sur totalité de la largeur (8) de laquelle le matériau peut être transporté. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé permettant de réaliser les opérations décrites précédemment, notamment au moyen du dispositif de l'invention.
