The present invention relates to the field of ophthalmology and may be used for increasing the efficiency of therapy of the eye accommodation apparatus pathologies by means of a laser stimulation of the ciliary muscle, that expressed in improving the accommodation ability of the eye, its visual functions and visual working capacity, as well as for reducing discomfort in the process of therapy. Besides, it allows to realize a combined action of the laser radiation: transscleral action upon the ciliary body and, simultaneously, action upon the central region of the retina. The novelty of the invention consisits in using a field of view limiter forming a visual channel and in disposing the forming optics relative to the visual channel axis in a position that provides hitting the laser radiation upon the prelimbic area of the eye during the patient's sight fixing in the direction specified by the visual channel. The device of the present invention comprises an optical unit (1) having lasers (2) (semiconductor lasers), each of which is equipped with the forming optics (3) and serves for providing an action by the laser radiation upon a corresponding zone of the prelimbic area of the eye, and the local field of view limiter (4), which is made in the form of a diaphragm and forms the visual channel (5) specifying the direction of a patient's sight. The diaphragm (4) is located on one axis, being an axis (6) of optical unit (1), with the input aperture (7). The optical unit (1) may further comprise a source (8) of a visible laser radiation optically coupled with the visual channel (5) with a help of a semitransparent mirror (9) to provide an action upon the central region of the retina. The transmittance of the mirror (9) is selected from condition not to hinder the patient in observing a remote object through the output aperture (10) of optical unit (1). It is further provided for a possibility of disposing a diffusing structure (11) allowing the patient to observe a speckle pattern of the laser radiation from the source 8.
