A method for removing nitrogen compounds, particularly nitrates, from weakly mineralized water and for remineralizing said water is characterized in that the untreated water is biologically treated in a single reactor to simultaneously remove the nitrogen coumpounds therefrom and remineralize it at least partially, whereafter the denitrified and remineralized water is subjected to coagulation, flocculation and clarification treatments.

Procédé d'élimination des composés azotés, notamment des nitrates, et de reminéralisation d'eaux faiblement minéralisées caractérisé en ce que l'on réalise simultanément par traitement biologique, dans un même réacteur, l'élimination des composés azotés et la reminéralisation au moins partielle de l'eau brute, l'eau dénitrifiée et reminéralisée étant ensuite soumise à des traitements de coagulation, floculation et clarification.
