An injection molding nozzle for conveying melt to a gate. The nozzle includes a nozzle body having a rear end and a front end and a central melt bore extending from the rear end to the front end; a two piece nozzle seal screwed into the front end of the nozzle body to bridge an insulative air space around the gate, the two piece nozzle seal having an annular inner portion and an annular outer portion that each have an outer threaded surface engaging the nozzle body, the threaded surface of the inner portion being screwed into the nozzle body rearward of the threaded surface of the outer portion; and an elongated valve member for controlling melt mounted in the central melt bore for reciprocal movement between an open retracted position and a closed forward position in which a forward tip of the valve member passes through the inner portion of the nozzle seal and is received in the gate.
Une buse de moulage par injection pour le transport de masse en fusion vers une porte. La buse comprend un corps de buse ayant une extrémité arrière et une extrémité avant et un alésage central de masse en fusion s'étendant de l'extrémité arrière à l'extrémité avant, un joint de buse en deux pièces vissé dans l'extrémité avant du corps de buse pour combler un vide d'espace d'air isolante autour la porte, le joint de buse en deux pièces ayant une partie annulaire intérieure et une partie annulaire extérieure qui ont chacune une surface extérieure filetée ancrant le corps de la buse, la surface filetée de la partie intérieure étant vissée dans le corps de la buse vers l'arrière de la surface filetée de la partie extérieure; et une soupape allongée pour contrôler la masse en fusion montée dans l'alésage central de la masse en fusion pour le mouvement de réciprocité entre une position ouverte rétractée et une position fermée vers l'avant dans laquelle l'avant du bout de la soupape passe par la partie intérieure du joint de la buse et est accueillie par la porte.
