The present invention relates to an electronic controller and a computer-implemented method for a water storage system. The water storage system (10) has a storage tank (12) connected to a main energy source (24) and a main water source (14). The electronic controller (22) is provided with at least one sensor (32) to generate a sensor signal representing the state of the water in the storage tank (12). There is also an input device (38) for a user to input a command signal into the controller (22). A processor in the controller (22) receives the sensor signal, command signal, and source information relating to at least one of the main energy source (24) and main water source (14). Based on the source information and at least one of the sensor signal and the command signal, the processor controls one or more of the following aspects of the water storage system: the use of water from the main water source, the use of energy from the main energy source, the state of water in the tank, and the use of water from the tank.
La présente invention concerne un contrôleur électronique et un procédé implémenté par ordinateur pour un système de stockage d~eau. Le système de stockage d~eau (10) possède un réservoir de stockage (12) relié à une source d~énergie principale (24) et à une source d~eau principale (14). Le contrôleur électronique (22) est doté d~au moins un capteur (32) pour produire un signal de capteur signalant l~état de l~eau dans le réservoir de stockage (12). Un dispositif d~entrée (38) permettant à un utilisateur de saisir un signal de commande dans le contrôleur (22) est également disponible. Dans le contrôleur (22), un processeur reçoit le signal de capteur, le signal de commande et les informations de source concernant la source d~énergie principale (24) et/ou la source d~eau principale (14). Sur la base des informations de source et du signal de capteur et/ou de commande, le processeur gère un ou plusieurs des aspects suivants du système de stockage d~eau : consommation d~eau en provenance de la source d~eau principale, consommation d~énergie en provenance de la source d~énergie principale, état de l~eau dans le réservoir et consommation d~eau en provenance du réservoir.
