A solvent-free polyurethane-polymer hybrid dispersion having a high solids content of polymer or formulation constituents is described, which is obtainable by a) the multistage preparation of a polyurethane base dispersion and b) by the subsequent preparation of a polyurethane--polymer hybrid dispersion. This polyurethane-polymer hybrid dispersion not only is distinguished by complete freedom from solvents and high solids contents in combination with low viscosity and a technically simple preparation process but also has excellent mechanical properties and, owing to the low hydrophilicity, high water resistance. The polyurethane-polymer hybrid dispersion proposed according to the invention can be used in an outstanding manner in formulations for sport floor coverings, said dispersion being suitable in particular as a binder for resilient coats, as a spray or leveling coating on resilient or rigid substrates, as an adhesion promoter or primer, as filling compounds for sealing pores, as adhesive for the adhesive bonding of prefabricated resilient layers or for the sealing of sport floor coverings.
L'invention concerne une dispersion hybride polymère/polyuréthanne sans solvant à haute teneur en matière solide de polymère ou de constituants de la formulation. Pour obtenir cette dispersion : a) on produit en plusieurs étapes une dispersion à base de polyuréthanne; b) puis on produit une dispersion hybride polymère/polyuréthanne. Cette dispersion hybride polymère/polyuréthanne se distingue non seulement par son absence complète de solvant, sa haute teneur en matière solide pour une faible viscosité et un procédé de production simple mais aussi par d'excellentes propriétés mécaniques et une forte résistance à l'eau due à une faible hydrophilie. La dispersion hybride polymère/polyuréthanne peut être avantageusement utilisée dans les formulations pour les revêtements de sols de sport. Elle convient notamment comme liant pour des couches élastiques, comme revêtement à enrobage par pulvérisation ou par débit continu sur des supports élastiques ou rigides, comme agent adhésif ou couche de fond, comme mastic pour le bouchage de pores, comme colle pour coller des couches élastiques préfabriquées ou pour le scellement de revêtements de sols de sport.
