A dual component (aqueous) hybrid reactive resin system with improved working properties and improved quality profile is disclosed, obtained by a) the production of an epoxy-functional (aqueous) binding agent component (I) with an epoxide equivalent of 100 to 12500 g/eq, an average molecular mass of 200 to 25,000 Daltons and a viscosity of 1,000 to 150,000 mPa.s (20 °C, Brookfield) and b) the production of a (latent) amino-functional hardener component (II). Said dual component (aqueous) hybrid reactive resin system can be used with excellent results in construction or industrial applications for production of chemical-, heat- and wear-resistant coating systems which are mechanically strong and easy to clean.

L'invention concerne un système de résine réactive hybride (aqueux) à deux constituants aux propriétés de traitement améliorées et au profil de propriétés amélioré. Ce système est obtenu par a) la production d'un constituant liant (I) (aqueux) à fonction époxy ayant une équivalence époxy de 100 à 12500 g/eq, une masse moléculaire moyenne de 200 à 25000 Dalton et une viscosité de 1000 à 150 000 mPa.s (20 °C, Brookfield) et par b) la production d'un constituant durcisseur (II) à fonction amino. Le système de résine réactive hybride (aqueux) à deux constituants convient parfaitement dans le domaine du bâtiment ou de l'industrie pour la production de systèmes de revêtements résistants aux produits chimiques, résistants à la chaleur, résistants à l'abrasion, à haute sollicitation mécanique et faciles à nettoyer.
