Disclosed is a testing device and methods for the identification of an analyte of interest in a sample. In a preferred embodiment, the testing device includes a front panel having at least one sample application aperture; a rear panel having at least one solvent application aperture; a sample collection matrix disposed between the rear panel and the front panel, the sample collection matrix being in communication with the sample and solvent application apertures of the front and rear panels; and at least one insertable test strip containing a reagent enabling detection of the analyte of interest.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de test et des procédés pour identifier une substance à analyser présente dans un échantillon. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, le dispositif de test comprend un panneau avant comportant au moins une ouverture pour appliquer l'échantillon; un panneau arrière présentant au moins une ouverture pour appliquer un solvant; une matrice collectrice d'échantillon disposée entre le panneau avant et le panneau arrière, ladite matrice étant en communication avec les ouvertures du panneau avant et du panneau arrière, servant à appliquer l'échantillon et le solvant. Ce dispositif comprend également au moins une bande de test pouvant être insérée, contenant un agent réactif qui permet la détection de la substance à analyser.
