ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An apparatus for holding a tissue box and a cassette tape storage unit onto the ceiling of an automobile. This invention comprises a hardened wire frame shaped slightly smaller than the bottom half portion of a tissue box with two arms extending backwards and bend perpendicularly. The two ends meet each other under a metal plate and inside a metal cylinder. Two springs wrap over this metal cylinder. One extended end of these springs rests under this metal plate and the other longer extended end is wrapped over the metal wire frame. At the other horizontal end of the wire frame, a plastic plate acts as a plate to accomodate a cassette storage unit which is slotted into this plate. The whole apparatus when installed between the front ceiling frame of the automobile and the rear view mirror assembly by means of the metal plate, pushes the wire frame upwards. A tissue box can then be inserted inversely to sit snugly on the wire frame. The cassette storage unit with eight cassette tapes is also inserted inversely into the plastic plate. The whole assembly is conveiently located directly above in-between the two front seats.
