The present invention is an anchoring device for joining three boards. It includes a substantially flat horizontal top element having a top view configuration which includes two sides and has a first predetermined width as measured wide to side at its maximum width between the two sides. There is at least one substantially vertical support member attached to the underside of the top element along an imaginary center line and extending downwardly from the top element for a predetermined length, which has two sides and a second predetermined width as measured side to side at its maximum width. There is a substantially flat horizontal bottom element which includes two sides and has a third predetermined width as measured side to side at its maximum width. The first predetermined width is greater than both the second predetermined width and the third predetermined width, and the third predetermined width is greater than the second predetermined width. The invention also includes a decking system utilizing the anchoring device.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'ancrage conçu pour assembler trois planches. Celui-ci comporte un élément supérieur horizontal sensiblement plat dont la configuration vue en plan comprend deux côtés, l'un de ceux-ci ayant une largeur préétablie mesurée d'un côté à l'autre, à sa largeur maximale. On y trouve au moins un élément de soutien sensiblement vertical assujetti à la partie inférieure de l'élément supérieur, le long d'une ligne centrale imaginaire, lequel s'étend vers le bas sur une longueur préétablie à partir de ce dernier; ledit élément de soutien a deux côtés dont l'un a une deuxième largeur préétablie mesurée d'un côté à l'autre, à sa largeur maximale. Il comporte également un élément inférieur horizontal sensiblement plat comprenant deux côtés dont l'un a une troisième largeur préétablie mesurée d'un côté à l'autre, à sa largeur maximale. La première largeur préétablie est plus grande que les deuxième et troisième largeurs correspondantes, cette dernière étant elle-même plus grande que la deuxième. L'invention comprend aussi un système de platelage utilisant ce dispositif d'ancrage.
