A method and apparatus for making reclosable plastic bags is provided. In the method and apparatus, a fastener (10) is attached to a moving flat web of plastic film (50), preferably in the direction of web movement and near the center of the web. A plurality of sliders (40) are mounted to the fastener either before or after the fastener is attached to the flat web, but prior to conveying the web to a FFS machine. The flat web, with the slider-operated fastener already attached thereto, is then conveyed to a vertical or horizontal FFS machine where the flat web is formed into bags (80), and the bags are successively filled (81) and sealed (84).

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour la fabrication de sacs en plastique refermables. Une fermeture (10) est préalablement intégrée à une bande de plastique plate en mouvement (50), de préférence dans le sens du déplacement de la bande et près du centre de celle-ci. Plusieurs éléments coulissants (40) sont intégrés à la fermeture avant ou après l'intégration de ladite fermeture à la bande, mais avant le déplacement de la bande vers une formeuse-ensacheuse-scelleuse. La bande plate, à laquelle est déjà intégrée la fermeture à éléments coulissants, se déplace ensuite vers une formeuse-ensacheuse-scelleuse verticale ou horizontale, pour la formation en sacs (80), puis ces sacs sont successivement remplis (81) et scellés (84).
