The present invention provides purified and isolated polynucleotide molecules that encode Chlamydia polypeptides which can be used in methods to prevent, treat, and diagnose Chlamydia infection. In one form of the invention, the polynucleotide molecules are selected from DNA that encode polypeptides CPN100634 (SEQ ID Nos: 1, 2 and 11), CPN100635 (SEQ ID Nos: 3, 4, 12 and 13), CPN100638 (SEQ ID Nos: 5, 6 and 14), CPN100639 (SEQ ID Nos: 7, 8 and 15), CPN100708 (SEQ ID Nos: 9, 10 and 16).
La présente invention concerne des molécules polynucléotidiques purifiées et isolées qui codent pour les polypeptides de Chlamydia. Ces molécules peuvent s'utiliser dans des procédés pour prévenir, traiter et diagnostiquer les infections par Chlamydia.
