An installation for lubricating, cleaning or disinfecting conveyor belts or chains for bottles, tins or the like with devices (2, 3, 12, 14, 15) for the metered dispensing of a concentrated lubricant from a container (13), to apply the lubricant to the conveyor belts and to produce a usable solution of concentrated lubricant and fresh water, and a process for lubricating, cleaning and/or disinfecting conveyor devices in which a Image lubricant, cleaner or disinfectant is diluted with fresh water to form a usable solution and the latter is applied to the conveyor device, are to be improved so that the technical complexity needed to construct a central lubricating plant is reduced, operation is simplified and reliability improved. The installation achieves this aim in that the fresh water connection (3) and the mixing unit (5) are arranged separately from the central metering unit (2) in the region of the conveyor system, a flow meter (16) for the fresh water intake is fitted upstream of the mixer unit (15) and a control line (22) leads from the outlet of the flow meter to the metering pump. In the process, this aim is achieved in that the concentrate is pumped from a point spatially separated from the conveyor system via a pipe to said conveyor system, diluted there with fresh water and the flow rate of the concentrate is controlled via the inflow rate of the mixed fresh water.
L'invention concerne une installation de lubrification, de nettoyage ou de désinfection de bandes transporteuses ou de convoyeurs à chaîne, pour bouteilles, boîtes ou analogue, comportant des dispositifs (2, 3, 12, 14, 15) qui permettent de prélever de manière dosée du lubrifiant concentré dans un contenant (13), d'appliquer ledit lubrifiant sur les bandes transporteuses et de produire une solution de service composée de lubrifiant concentré et d'eau fraîche. L'invention concerne également un procédé de lubrification, de nettoyage et/ou de désinfection de convoyeurs, selon lequel un lubrifiant, un nettoyant ou un désinfectant concentré est dilué avec de l'eau fraîche pour former une solution de service qui est appliquée sur le convoyeur. L'invention vise à améliorer le système afin de réduire la complexité technique que requiert la réalisation d'une installation de lubrification centrale, d'en simplifier le maniement et d'en augmenter la fiabilité. A cet effet, le raccordement d'eau fraîche (3) et l'unité mélangeuse (15) sont montés à l'écart du poste de dosage (2) dans la zone du système transporteur. Un débitmètre (16) pour le tuyau d'amenée d'eau fraîche est monté en amont de l'unité mélangeuse (15) et une conduite de pilotage (22) mène de la sortie du débitmètre à la pompe de dosage. Selon le procédé, on pompe le concentré à partir d'un point séparé du système transporteur, pour l'acheminer jusqu'audit système transporteur par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite, où ledit concentré est dilué avec de l'eau fraîche. On module le débit du concentré par l'intermédiaire du flux d'eau fraîche ajoutée.
