A device for transplanting small diameter hair grafts comprises a hand-held cutting instrument consisting of a body (1) holding the tool, a rotary cylindrical tool (2) and a drive assembly (3) capable of driving the tool in rotation with respect to said body, said tool having a hollow end (6) for cutting a graft. The cylindrical tool is a hollow needle with an axial through bore of the same diameter as the hollow cutting end to which it forms an extension. The device comprises means (8, 14, 38, 39) for taking the graft by sucking it up through the axial bore of the needle.
L'invention décrit un dispositif pour transplantation de greffons capillaires de petit diamètre, comprenant un instrument portatif de coupe comportant un corps (1) porte-outil, un outil cylindrique rotatif (2) et un ensemble moteur (3) propre à entraîner l'outil en rotation par rapport audit corps, ledit outil étant muni d'une extrémité creuse (6) de découpe d'un greffon. L'outil cylin- drique est une aiguille creuse percée de part en part d'un alésage axial de même diamètre que l'extrémité creuse de découpe qu'il prolonge, et le dispositif comporte des moyens (8, 14, 38, 39) de prélèvement du greffon par aspiration dudit greffon au travers de l'alésage axial de l'aiguille.
