The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of ocular hypertension which comprises an oculo-hypotensively synergistic combination of: (a) a 15-ketoprostaglandin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable ester thereof; and (b) a sympathomimetic agent; in association with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent or excipient.
