The invention enhances the appearance of a plain, dull looking horizontal blind by attaching decorated covers to each of the slats of the horizontal blinds. The enhancement consists of the decorated covers to match the shape and size of each of its corresponding horizontal slat of the blind. The number of decorated covers will be equally proportional to the number of slats on the blind. The decorated covers are inserted from the side of the horizontal blind through the ladder cords' openings. In the case where the ladder cord contains three strings; front, middle, and back, the decorated cover will be inserted between the middle and back strings. In the case where the ladder cord contains two strings; front and back, the decorated cover will be inserted between the front and rear strings. Once the decorated cover is fully inserted to the end of the slat, it is let down to completely embrace the shape of the slat by inserting the middle string of each ladder cord into the slit opening of the decorated cover to finally settle into its hole. When all the decorated covers are mounted to their respective slats, and the blinds are pulled down and in a closed position, the horizontal blind will display a full image.
