The invention relates to novel products having formula (I), wherein: Y represents N, O, S, CHR3 or =CR3; the dotted lines represent a single or double bond; R and R1 represent, in particular, H, Hal, OH, alkyl, alkoxy, cyano, NO2, NR4R5, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy, aryl, heteroaryl, -S(O)n-NR4R5, whereby n represents 0 to 2, acyl, -NH-CO-alkyl or -NH-CO-NH-phenyl; R3 represents H, Hal, alkyl, cyano, NO2, NR4R5, trifluoromethyl or aryl; R2 represents R4, OR4, SR4 or NR4R5; and R4 represents H, alkyl, cycloalkyl or aryl. According to the invention, either R4 and R5 are selected from among the values of R4, or R4 and R5, together with N, form a heterocyclic radical which can contain N, 0 and S, all of said radicals being optionally substituted. Moreover, the aforementioned products take all of the isomeric and salt forms for use as medicaments.

L'invention a pour objet de nouveaux produits de formule (I) dans laquelle : Y représente N, O, S, CHR3 ou =CR3 les pointillés représentant une liaison simple ou double, R et R1 représentent notamment H, Hal, OH, alkyle, alcoxy, cyano, NO2, NR4R5, trifluorométhyle, trifluoro-méthoxy, aryle, hétéroaryle, - S(O)n-NR4R5 avec n représente 0 à 2, acyle, -NH-CO-alkyle ou -NH-CO-NH-phényle R3 représente H, Hal, alkyle, cyano, NO2, NR4R5, trifluorométhyle ou aryle, R2 représente R4, OR4, SR4 ou NR4R5, R4 représente H, alkyle, cycloalkyle ou aryle, soit R4 et R5 sont choisis parmi les valeurs de R4 soit R4 et R5 forment avec N un radical hétérocyclique pouvant renfermant N, 0 et S, tous ces radicaux étant éventuellement substitués, ces produits étant sous toutes les formes isomères et les sels, à titre de médicaments.
