A process and an apparatus are provided for altering the biological, chemical, and molecular activity of primary materials, such as metals and ceramics, in order to confer a typical energetic effects on the so-altered primary materials. Such primary material is bombarded by varying frequencies of energy from an array of sources, causing vibrational excitation of the primary material at the molecular level which changes the molecular nature of the sotreated material. The primary material is then effective in altering the biological, chemical, and molecular activity of secondary materials brought in close proximity thereto. The invention sets forth a process and apparatus for producing water-purifying tools and a process and apparatus for purifying water.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de modifier l'activité biologique, chimique et moléculaire de matières premières, tels que des métaux et des céramiques, afin de conférer des effets énergétiques atypiques à ces matières premières ainsi modifiées. Ce procédé consiste à bombarder la matière première avec des fréquences variables d'énergie provenant d'un réseau de sources, provoquant une excitation vibrationnelle de la matière première au niveau moléculaire qui modifie la nature moléculaire de la matière ainsi traitée. La matière première est alors capable de modifier l'activité biologique, chimique et moléculaire de matériaux secondaires mis à proximité de la matière première. L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif destinés à la production d'outils de purification de l'eau et un procédé et un dispositif de purification de l'eau.
