THIS BREAKS DOWN THE SURFACE TENSION OF THE BLOOD WHICH CLINGS TO IT. THE SECOND SECTION CONTAINS A CONCENTRATED BLEACH SOLUTION WHICH ATTENUATES OR KILLS ANY AND ALL BLOOD BORNE PATHOGENS. THE ONE WAY VALVE PREVENTS LEAKAGE OF BLOOD, THUS DOUBLY PROTECTING THE HEALTH PROFFESIONAL FROM CONTAMINATION.
