The invention relates to composite particles comprising a hydrophobic polymer core and inorganic nanoparticles. Said hydrophobic polymer forms a polymer matrix inside which the inorganic nanoparticles are stabilised and distributed in a relatively homogenous manner. Said particles are at least partially surrounded by an amphiphilic copolymer comprising a hydrophobic part and a hydrophilic part, said hydrophobic part being at least partially immobilised in the polymer matrix. The invention also relates to the preparation method thereof, the conjugates comprising such particles and a ligand and the use of same in reactants and therapeutic compositions.
Les particules composites de l'invention comprennent un c ur en un polymère hydrophobe et des nanoparticules inorganiques, ledit polymère hydrophobe constituant une matrice polymère à l'intérieur de laquelle les nanoparticules inorganiques sont stabilisées et distribuées de manière relativement homogène, lesdites particules étant au moins partiellement entourées par un copolymère amphiphile comportant une partie hydrophobe et une partie hydrophile et dont la partie hydrophobe est au moins partiellement immobilisée dans ladite matrice polymère. L'invention concerne aussi leur procédé de préparation, ainsi que les conjugués comprenant de telles particules et un ligand, et l'utilisation de ceux-ci dans des réactifs et compositions thérapeutiques.
