An aqueous loxoprofen-containing patch is provided, which has good stability and excellent transdermal absorption of loxoprofen. The aqueous patch includes loxoprofen or a salt thereof and triacetin. Specifically, the aqueous patch includes, based on the weight of the adhesive gel base, 0.1 to 5% by weight of loxoprofen or a salt thereof, 0.5 to 5% by weight of triacetin, 1 to 30% by weight of a water-soluble polymer, 0.01 to 5% by weight of a cross- linking agent, 10 to 90% by weight of purified water, and 0 to 20% by weight of an inorganic powder.

La présente invention concerne un plâtre aqueux contenant du loxoprofène qui est une préparation présentant la stabilité élevée et l'excellente absorbabilité percutanée du loxoprofène. A savoir, un plâtre aqueux caractérisé en ce qu'il renferme du loxoprofène ou son sel et de la triacétine. En termes plus spécifiques, un plâtre aqueux caractérisé en ce qu'il renferme 0,1 à 5 % en poids, d'après le poids en plâtre, de loxoprofène ou de son sel, 0,5 à 5 % en poids de triacétine, 1 à 30 % en poids de polymère hydrosoluble, 0,01 à 5 % en poids d'agent de réticulation, 10 à 90 % en poids d'eau purifiée et 0 à 20 % en poids de poudre inorganique.
