A footwear comprises an outsole, an insole, a pad, and an instep strap. The outsole is provided with a plurality of retaining blocks which are in turn provided with a position confining portion. The instep strap is provided in two longitudinal ends with a retaining piece. The instep strap is detachably fastened with the outsole such that the retaining piece of the instep strap is detachably retained by the position confining portion of the retaining blocks of the outsole.
