The invention relates to an aqueous paracetamol solution for administration by means of infusion with a pH of between 4.5 and 6, containing at least one substance that can react with fenolates to produce the O-derivatives thereof or other co-ordination compounds. The injectable paracetamol solution has high stability, does not become coloured over time and has a minimum impurity content.

L'invention concerne une solution aqueuse de paracétamol destinée à être utilisée par perfusion et présentant un pH entre 4,5 et 6,0, contenant au moins une substance pouvant réagir avec des phénolates pour générer des O-dérivés ou autres composés de coordination. La solution injectable de paracétamol de la présente invention présente une stabilité élevée, ne se colore pas avec le temps et présente une quantité d'impuretés minimale.
