Medicinal composition containing ginseng secondary glycosides, its preparation method and application. The present composition contains mainly, as active ingredients, the ginsenoside with protopanoxadiol as aglucone (ginsenoside Rg3) and the ginsenoside with protopanoxatriol as aglucone (ginsenoside Rg2 and ginsenoside Rhl). It is prepared from the ginseng genus of plants through extracting, acid hydrolyzing and using macroreticular resin to separate, purify and concentrate. It is useful in the manufacture of medicaments for treating CHD, angina pectoris, myocardial ischemia, hemorrhagic shock, heart failure, and arrhythmia.
La présente invention concerne une composition médicinale contenant des glycosides secondaires de ginseng ainsi que le procédé de préparation et l'application de celle-ci. La composition selon la présente invention contient principalement, en tant que principes actifs, le ginsenoside avec protopanoxadiol comme aglycone (ginsenoside Rg3) et le ginsenoside avec protopanoxatriol comme aglycone (ginsenoside Rg2 et ginsenoside Rh1). Elle est préparée à partir des plantes de ginseng par extraction, hydrolyse acide et à l'aide de résine macroréticulaire pour la séparation, la purification et la concentration.
