A method for synthesizing a heterocyclic compound includes: reacting 1- methylpiperazine with 5-chloro-2-nitroaniline at an internal temperature sufficient to provide a compound of Formula VIH The 1-methylpiperazine and the 5-chloro-2-nitroaniline are reacted in a solvent that comprises water in an amount greater than 50 percent by volume based on the amount of the solvent and/or are reacted in a solvent that comprises an organic solvent component that has a boiling point of greater than 100~C at atmospheric pressure.

L'invention décrit un procédé destiné à synthétiser un composé hétérocyclique, ledit procédé impliquant de faire réagir de la 1-méthylpipérazine avec de la 5-chloro-2-nitroaniline à une température interne suffisante pour produire un composé de formule (VIH). La 1-méthylpipérazine et la 5-chloro-2-nitroaniline sont mises en présence dans un solvant qui comprend de l'eau en une quantité supérieure à 50 % en volume par rapport à la quantité de solvant et/ou dans un solvant qui comprend un composant solvant organique dont le point d'ébullition est supérieur à 100 °C à la pression atmosphérique.
