Anchoring device for a communication distribution pedestal closure having a subterranean base portion and a pedestal portion extending above ground. The device comprises a vertical hub over which the base portion of the closure is adapted to fit, and a rim projecting horizontally outwardly from the hub. The rim is adapted to be buried underground and thereby immobilized for resisting deflection of the pedestal portion and maintaining the hub and pedestal portion in substantially vertical orientation. The anchoring device includes a tapered leg between the vertical hub and horizontal rim, and a guard rail portion around the rim. Also, in the preferred embodiment a reinforcing beam is provided in the hub wall and vertical mounting beams extend upwardly from the hub for connection to the pedestal base.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'ancrage destiné à un moyen de fermeture pour socle de réseau de distribution de télécommunications comportant une base souterraine et une partie s'étendant au-dessus de la surface du sol. Le dispositif comprend un moyeu vertical sur lequel la base du moyen de fermeture vient s'ajuster, et un rebord formant une saillie horizontale vers l'extérieur du moyeu. Le rebord est conçu pour être enfoui dans le sol et être de ce fait immobilisé de manière à résister à la déformation du socle et à maintenir l'orientation essentiellement verticale du moyeu et du socle. Le dispositif d'ancrage comprend des pattes tronconiques entre le moyeu vertical et le rebord horizontal, ainsi qu'un rail de protection autour du rebord. De plus, dans la réalisation privilégiée, une poutre de renfort est prévue dans la paroi du moyeu et des poteaux de montage s'étendent vers le haut à partir du moyeu en vue du raccordement à la base du socle.
