Compounds of formula (I): wherein R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-4alkyl group; q is 1 or 2; A represents a group of formula (a) or (b) wherein T, U, V and Y independently represent CH or a nitrogen atom; R5 is a group selected from: a hydrogen or halogen atom, cyano, C1-4alkyl or C1-4alkoxy group; s is 1 or 2. Ar2 represents an optionally substituted phenyl ring or an optionally substituted 5- or 6-membered aromatic heterocyclic ring; and salts thereof. The compounds are useful for the treatment of conditions which require modulation of a dopamine receptor such as schizophrenia.

L'invention concerne des composés représentés par la formule (I) et leurs sels. Dans cette formule, R?2¿ représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle C¿1-4?; q est égal à 1 ou 2; A représente un groupe de formule (a) ou (b), dans lesquelles T, U, V et Y représentent chacun CH ou un atome d'azote; R?5¿ représente un groupe choisi parmi: un atome d'hydrogène ou d'halogène, un cyano, un groupe alkyle C¿1-4? ou un groupe alcoxy C¿1-4?; s est égal à 1 ou 2. Ar?2¿ représente un noyau phényle éventuellement substitué ou un noyau hétérocyclique aromatique à 5 ou 6 chaînons éventuellement substitué. Les composés de l'invention sont utiles pour le traitement des états nécessitant une modulation d'un récepteur de la dopamine, par exemple la schizophrénie.
